Because every mug is made to order, dispatch times can vary with demand — if you need something by a specific date, email sales@gamergoods.co.uk before ordering and we'll let you know if it's achievable.
Because every mug is custom-made to order, we're not able to offer change-of-mind returns — this is standard for personalised goods and reflects UK consumer law, which exempts made-to-order items from the usual 14-day cooling-off period.
If your mug arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, that's on us: email sales@gamergoods.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we'll refund or replace it, no quibbles. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
